Prime Trajectory is a boutique consulting firm that partners with senior leaders in financial services and enterprise technology to solve the most persistent and expensive problem in business: a project portfolio in chaos.

You are under immense pressure to justify multi-million-pound investments, but fragmented initiatives, a lack of transparency, and a disconnect between strategy and execution are draining your budget and eroding executive confidence. We provide the definitive solution.

Our founder is a delivery polymath with over 15 years of global experience, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence at firms like Moody's and Bloomberg. This experience, combined with a unique blend of strategic, technical, and human-centric skills, allows us to build and embed profit-first governance frameworks that turn chaos into a predictable delivery engine.

We have a proven track record of delivering quantifiable outcomes like tripling project output, cutting time-to-market by 50%, and saving over $1M in past engagements.

Our mission is to empower leaders with the clarity and control needed to regain strategic control and unlock hidden value within their portfolios, making their vision not just a plan but a quantifiable reality.

Services:

- The Portfolio Clarity Accelerator: A 6-week, fixed-fee engagement to rapidly diagnose portfolio misalignment and provide a board-ready roadmap to free up capital and restore executive confidence.

- The Fractional Portfolio Director: A long-term retainer to provide sustained strategic guidance and hands-on support as a part-time Head of PMO.

- The Governance & Profitability Program: A comprehensive, end-to-end program to build and embed a profit-first PMO from the ground up for large-scale enterprise transformation.
