Sam Matarazzo is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Investor Relations & Distribution at Prime Value Asset Management since November 2022. Prior to this role, Sam held multiple leadership positions at Bank of Melbourne Private, including Director from July 2009 to August 2018, where responsibilities included managing a team of private bankers and overseeing key performance indicators related to revenue growth and people management. Notably, Sam was also the Acting Head of Bank of Melbourne Private for two separate terms, contributing to the brand's growth and client satisfaction. Earlier professional experience includes a Director role in Client Services at ANZ from January 1997 to June 2009. Sam holds an MBA from Deakin University, earned between 2002 and 2008, and has additional educational credentials from Chandler/Gilbert Community College.
