Simon Hu is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as the Manager of Investments & Risk Management at Prime Value Asset Management since January 2015. In this role, Simon has led asset acquisition, performance attribution, equity research, and the development of investment strategies, while also engaging in client presentations and business development strategies. Notable achievements include securing the "Highly Recommended" designation for the Prime Value Emerging Opportunities Fund by Zenith in 2024, and a series of accolades for the fund in previous years, including rankings as high as number 1 in its category. Simon's earlier experience includes roles as a Private Tutor and Casual Tutor at The University of Melbourne, as well as a Sales Assistant at Home Ideas and Gifts. Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne.
