Onur Copur

Onur Copur is a Computer Vision Engineer at Prime Vision since May 2022, with a background in data science and engineering. Previously, Onur completed a Data Science Internship at Barco, where a deep learning-based system was developed to assess subject engagement during educational video viewing. At Univera, Onur served as a Data Scientist, creating a demand forecasting tool for retail and tobacco industries and developing a genetic algorithm for FMCG distributor routing. Onur has also held internship roles focused on demand forecasting and industrial performance analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Data Science from Sapienza Università di Roma and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Yaşar University, along with summer programs in Artificial Intelligence and Business Process Management at CentraleSupélec and Utrecht University, respectively.
