Lance Kallman

Lance Kallman has a diverse work experience with a focus on leadership and business development. Lance co-founded DataPrime, Inc. in 2019 and served as President, where they automated demand forecasting and optimization using machine learning architecture. Lance also held the role of Vice President, Business Development at 3DEO, Inc. from 2017 to 2020, leading sales and business development efforts for the metal 3D printing parts supplier. Lance served as a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles from 2012 to 2017, specializing in executive recruiting. Lance began their career in the United States Air Force as a Communications Officer and Executive Officer, specializing in information technology management. Throughout their career, Lance has also held roles in candidate recruitment at Bradley-Morris, Inc. and in business development at Clear Consulting. Additionally, they served as a Board Member for SearchLight Partners, a company dedicated to placing veterans and service academy graduates in construction and manufacturing roles.

Lance Kallman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Core Engineering Curriculum and Management from the United States Air Force Academy, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including "Understanding and Visualizing Data with Python" from Coursera (obtained in June 2020), "Analytics Capability Evaluation Coach (ACE)" from INFORMS (obtained in March 2020), and "Top Secret Clearance" from the United States Department of Defense (obtained in June 2004). Lance also has a certification as a PCEP (Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer) from the Python Software Foundation.
