Additionally, Bill serves as a Consultant for Career Transition Services at Employers Council and as a Lyra Mental Health Coach, specializing in evidence-based mental health coaching. With a background spanning various leadership roles, including positions at Primeast, Resnik Partners, Jeppesen, and Charles Schwab, Bill has developed and executed training strategies, facilitated leadership development, and improved workplace performance across multiple industries.
