Frank Byrnes

Frank Byrnes is an experienced consultant and trainer, currently serving as the President and founder of Human Potential Consultants Inc. since November 1989. Under Byrnes' leadership, HPCI specializes in providing practical business solutions across leadership, change management, teamwork, communication, and soft skills. Additionally, Byrnes works as a Facilitator, Trainer, and Coach with Vantage Partners, focusing on negotiation and collaboration skills since July 2015, and holds similar roles in leadership training with Primeast since July 2010. Byrnes has contributed as a Designer and Trainer for the American Management Association since September 2000 and has been a faculty member at the Canadian Management Centre since June 1993, delivering training solutions to various sectors. Byrnes’ past experiences include supervisory and investigative roles within Public Safety Canada, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and the Montreal Police, along with a solid educational background from Concordia University.
