Yves Rugasaguhunga

Yves Rugasaguhunga, P.E. is the Founder and President at PrimECS, LLC. He has experience in large infrastructure projects, design management, geotechnical engineering, construction engineering, and construction management. Prior to his current role, Yves worked as a Design Build Coordinator at Halmar International, a Bridge Manager at Granite Construction, a Sr. Geotechnical Engineer at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, and as a Field Engineer at Granite Construction. He holds a MS in Geotechnical Engineering and a BS in Civil Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, as well as a DEUG in Sciences pour Ingénieurs from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
