Leah Carroll, RN has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Leah began their career in 2013 as a Registered Nurse at St. Joseph's Health Centre in Toronto, where they worked until 2016. In 2014, Leah joined Touchstone Institute as an Examiner, a role they held until 2017. Leah then transitioned to PRIMED Medical Products Inc. and held various positions, including Sales Specialist from 2016 to 2017, Account Manager from 2017 to 2019, Account Executive from 2019 to 2021, and Sales Manager from April 2021 to October 2021. Currently, they serve as the Director of Branded Sales at PRIMED Medical Products Inc.
Leah Carroll, RN, has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Queen's University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. Leah is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Fredericton, expected to be completed from 2020 to 2023.
In addition to their educational background, Leah has earned several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Leah obtained the Karrass Effective Negotiating certification from KARRASS® Effective Negotiating in October 2019. In December 2017, they completed the Strategic Selling & Conceptual Selling certification from the Miller Heiman Group. Leah also obtained the Breastfeeding for Healthcare Professionals certification from Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto, in May 2015. In October 2014, they acquired the High Risk Obstetrics certification from Mohawk College. In the same month, they also completed the Introduction to Fetal Heart Monitoring certification from the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN).
Leah holds the Standard First Aid & CRP Level 'C' certification from the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, which they obtained in April 2016. Additionally, they completed the Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification from the Canadian Paediatric Society in January 2016. Finally, in February 2015, Leah obtained the Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring certification from the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN).
