Formerly EVP, Secretary and General Counsel of Landmark Aviation, Allen has also served as outside counsel for Encore FBO and Trajen FBO Network while in private practice at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey (n/k/a Squire Patton Boggs). With over 30 years of law practice, he earned a BS from the University of North Carolina and JD from South Texas College of Law at Houston.
