Phoebe Resus

Phoebe Resus is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various human resources roles, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at PrimeFlight Aviation Services since September 2018. In this role, Phoebe ensures regulatory compliance and provides strategic guidance to business leaders on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and labor relations. Prior to this, Phoebe held several positions, including Regional Human Resources Manager at both PrimeFlight and ISS Facility Services, and HR Manager at companies such as Sitel Philippines and Teleperformance Philippines, where Phoebe focused on talent management, employee engagement, and policy implementation. Phoebe began the professional journey with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Paul College of Quezon City, developing strong expertise in HR functions over a career that spans nearly two decades.
