Fares Hammad is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years of expertise in managing human resource functions across various industries. Currently serving as HR Director/Consultant at PRIME GATE - Zahran Holding Co since March 2017, Fares has successfully implemented comprehensive HR policies and managed a workforce of over 3,600 employees. Prior experience includes roles as HR Director/Business Partner at Darfin Capital, where Fares focused on addressing performance issues and enhancing organizational development, and as HR Manager at BDO International, which involved overseeing HR services and negotiating benefits. Early in the career, Fares held the position of Administration Manager at ICM International Centre Management, gaining foundational skills in personnel administration. Fares holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from The University of Jordan.
