Sarah Kennedy

Sarah Kennedy is a Technical Support Analyst at PrimeGov. Sarah previously worked as a Senior Eligibility Coordinator at OrthoFi from January 2019 to June 2021, where they engaged with internal stakeholders to support customers' needs, prioritized and managed multiple tasks on a deadline, trained incoming staff members, and supported the implementation of a new password management system. Sarah also worked as a Dental Assistant and Laboratory Technician at Eberle Orthodontics Denver from January 2018 to December 2019, where they helped identify issues and create solutions in person and over the phone, organized and maintained patient schedules, assisted in the hiring and training processes, provided payment information and processed credit payments, and provided after hours aid when necessary. Sarah has also fabricated dental appliances from demonstration and documentation, maintained supply inventories and kept equipment in operating conditions, manufactured, altered and repaired both fixed and removable appliances, and designed dental products from prescription specifications.

Sarah Kennedy's educational career includes completing a degree or certification in Business Administration and Management from Suffolk County Community College as well as a degree or certification in Dental Assisting/Assistant from Eastern Suffolk BOCES. Sarah also has a certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
