Humberto Afonso

Humberto Afonso is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and business management, with extensive experience since 2009. Currently serving as Executive Manager and Business Unit Manager at Prime Nearshore since January 2016, and at PrimeIT since January 2012, Humberto has held various leadership roles including Senior Business Manager and Business Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Consultant at Certho Recursos Humanos, Lda, and a Junior Human Resources Consultant at the Centro de Psicologia Aplicada do Exército. Humberto holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Lisbon, earned between 2005 and 2010.
