Dustin Slightham

Dustin Slightham has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dustin currently holds the position of Senior Director of PrimePay.com at PrimePay, where they oversee the HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time Management technology services offered by the company. Prior to this, Dustin worked at 434 Marketing as a Strategic Advisor and later founded the company, serving as the Founder/CEO. Dustin also founded Carrot Saver - Mobile App in 2011. In their earlier career, Dustin worked as a Strategic Business Unit Leader at ACS, a Xerox Company, and as a Customer Operations Manager at Pitney Bowes Management Services.

Dustin Slightham has a diverse education history. Dustin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Liberty University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2008, they obtained a Green Belt Six Sigma certification from PBMS. Furthermore, in 2015, they completed a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from the Goldman Sachs 10KSB program at Babson College. Most recently, in 2019, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management to receive a Digital Marketing Analytics Certificate.
