Reinis Varakalns

Reinis Varakalns is an accomplished Creative Director at PrimePrometics since September 2023, where responsibilities include crafting advertisements and steering creative strategies. As a co-founder and producer at kust', a motion graphics agency launched in September 2015, Reinis has helped deliver a full range of motion design services. Previously, as Creative Lead at Httpool from November 2019 to September 2023, Reinis significantly impacted the creative strategy unit, enhancing advertising performance through innovative concepts. Reinis co-founded Young/Hungry, a creative agency, which earned recognition as one of Latvia's top agencies in 2015 for its communication campaigns, and served as a copywriter at Momentum Worldwide from 2005 to 2008. Reinis also co-founded NGO Brainwave Collision, focusing on projects in arts and music while securing funding from state and EU entities. Reinis holds a Master's degree in Social Anthropology from Rīga Stradiņš University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ventspils University of Applied Sciences.
