Mike McDearmon

Mike McDearmon is an accomplished design professional currently serving as Principal Product Designer at Primer.ai since June 2025. McDearmon has extensive experience in product design, having previously held principal design roles at Sofar Ocean and Nautilus Labs. A former Director of Product Design at Ro and Hyperscience, McDearmon also progressed through various design and engineering managerial positions at Pivotal Software, Inc. Mike's earlier career includes roles as a Senior Software Designer at CASE, Virtual Reality Specialist at Forum8, and Research Associate at Arizona State University's Digital Phoenix Project. McDearmon holds a Master of Science in Design, Design Research and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Graphics Technology, both from Arizona State University.
