Erin Carter

Erin Carter is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR strategies and programs across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Primera since June 2021, Erin previously held similar leadership roles at Delta Mechanical, Inc., and P.B. Bell, managing HR functions and teams while supporting significant employee bases. Erin's earlier experience includes working as an HR Consultant and Business Partner at BBSI and Bainbridge, Inc., where expertise in people management and compliance was demonstrated. Erin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ottawa University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Business Management from the University of Arizona.
