Hana Ferklova

Hana Ferklova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Hana is currently the Global Vice President, Legal & Compliance and Assistant General Counsel at PrimeRevenue, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Executive Director of PrimeRevenue s.r.o. from November 2018. Hana also held positions such as Assistant Secretary of the Board and Regional Vice President, Legal & Compliance, EMEA & APAC at PrimeRevenue.

Hana Ferklova's previous experience includes roles at Y Soft, where they served as a Board Member starting in September 2020, and at Bernard Legal, where they were a Partner from 2012 to 2014. Hana was also a Member of the Administrative Board at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce during the same time period.

Before joining PrimeRevenue and Y Soft, Hana Ferklova worked at Vodafone as a Principal Category Manager and Senior Regional Counsel for their Eastern European operations. Hana also served as a Procurator at Vodafone Czech Republic in 2006. Hana'searlier experience includes being a Member of the Board of Trustees at Nadace Vodafone ČR/Vodafone Foundation CZ and a Legal Counsel, Senior Manager at Vodafone Czech Republic.

Hana Ferklova started their career as an Associate at Salans in Prague, Czech Republic, focusing on Telecommunications and Corporate & Securities law.

Throughout their career, Hana Ferklova has gained extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, strategic contract negotiations, team management, and corporate governance.

Hana Ferklova pursued their education in the field of Law, specializing in International Business Transactions. Hana first attended Charles University from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a JD degree. Subsequently, in 1998 and 1999, Hana enrolled at the University of San Francisco School of Law, completing an LL.M. degree with a focus on International Business Transactions.
