Matt Moore has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matt began their career as a Brand Central Lead at Sears Holdings Corporation, where they managed a team and coached associates on sales techniques. After leaving Sears, they joined Onyx Consulting as a Senior Manager, Scheduling Coordinator, and Consultant. In this role, they managed shop facilities, implemented new procedures, and maintained vendor relationships. Matt then moved on to Mailchimp as a Customer Support Specialist, where they provided assistance to millions of users and specialized in troubleshooting advanced integrations. Currently, they work at PrimeRevenue as a Sr. IT Support Specialist.

Matt Moore attended Lithia Springs High School from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a High School Diploma with a field of study in Technical Preparatory. In 2009 and 2010, they attended West GA Technical College, studying CIS - Microcomputers / Networking.

In terms of additional certifications, Matt Moore obtained multiple certifications from Apple, including being an Apple Certified Support Professional for OS X 10.7 - 10.11 in March 2012, being an Apple Product Professional in 2011, and being an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician in October 2010. Matt also holds the certification of Mac Integration Basics for OSX 10.6 - 10.11 from Apple, obtained in 2013. Additionally, Matt Moore obtained a license as a Licensed Amateur Radio Operator from the Federal Communications Commission in November 2014.
