Glenn J. Williams

Glenn J. Williams is the current CEO of Primerica. Prior to this, they were a partner at Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader, LLC from January 2009 to December 2013. There, they led the practice providing comprehensive business counseling to individuals and companies from startup/early stage to $1 billion, including organization, financing, mergers & acquisitions, business development and sales efforts, commercial agreements, human resources, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, real estate and other business related matters. From January 2007 to December 2009, they were the Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where they provided commercial real estate consulting and brokerage services.

From January 1998 to December 1999, Glenn was the Assistant General Counsel at IDT, a global communications and entertainment company. Glenn then became the Executive VP Business & Legal Affairs, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Net2Phone, Inc. from January 1998 to December 2006. Their last position before becoming CEO of Primerica was Assistant General Counsel at The Briad Group/Benderson Development from January 1997 to December 1998.
