Jay Harker

Jay Harker has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in project management and construction-related roles. Currently serving as a Senior Representative at Primerica since 2019 and as a Project Superintendent at RiverCreek Builders since 2018, Jay has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Previous positions include Construction/Installation Management Coordinator at Orcus Fire & Risk, Inc. from 2015 to 2016, and Fleet/Facility Maintenance Manager at Flour Government Group from 2008 to 2011. Jay's career also includes experience as Fleet/Facility Maintenance Manager at KBR, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. Jay holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Chemical Process Technology, HVACR, and Electronics from College of the Mainland, completed between 1992 and 1998.
