Rose Ávila

Rose Ávila serves as the Division Leader at Primerica, leveraging experience from various roles in social services and community support. With a career spanning over a decade, Rose's background includes training at the San Antonio Housing Authority, co-owning Rivertown Remodeling Co., and supervising program support for health services at HHSC. Previous positions with the Texas Department of Health and Human Services involved managing applications for multiple benefit programs and conducting casework. Rose has a strong foundation in community service, evidenced by a role as Nutrition Site Manager for the City of San Antonio and as an Adult Protective Services Specialist with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. Education includes a Master’s in Community and Social Services from Walden University and a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from Texas Lutheran University.
