Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Primero Group since July 2023, Ales previously owned and managed SITOP, facilitating the entry of top European products into the Australian market from August 2014 to July 2023. Ales has held senior roles at UGL and MG Engineering, focusing on performance and project delivery, while also overseeing operations as Operations Manager at MG Engineering and Project Manager at MG. Ales co-owned Ocean tec d.o.o., specializing in racing boats, and served as Operating Director at Elektroservisi, contributing to significant infrastructure projects. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ljubljana, obtained from 1993 to 2001.
