Neil Banik

Neil Banik is a Mechanical Candidate to the Engineering Profession at Primero Group since May 2022, previously holding positions such as Mechanical Engineering Intern and Project Sub-Team Leader at McGill BioDesign from September 2020 to April 2022. During this time, Neil led a project focused on developing a portable water filtration system for rural communities in Honduras and worked on concept designs for pre-filtration and energy harvesting systems. Additional experience includes an Engineering Intern role at KDC/ONE | Knowlton, where Neil implemented safety tools and redesigned equipment configurations to enhance efficiency, and a Research Assistant Intern position at B R Aerospace Solutions and Services. Neil earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University (2019-2023) and an DEC in Health Science from Marianopolis College (2017-2019).
