Charles Woodroof has extensive experience in the banking industry. Charles currently holds the position of SVP Senior Lending Officer at PrimeSouth Bank, which they started in July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Ameris Bank as an SVP Commercial Lender/Branch Manager from January 2019 to July 2021. Charles also had a long tenure at First National Bank of Griffin, where they held various roles including SVP Commercial Lender specializing in business development and commercial loans within a multi-county territory, SVP Special Asset Management handling the maintenance and sale of ORE properties in multiple counties, and SVP Henry County Executive leading a team of lenders and overseeing a three branch network. During this time, they focused on market growth, community involvement, business development, and branch profitability. Charles then pursued their bachelor's degree in History at Valdosta State University from 1984 to 1987. Finally, from 1994 to 1996, Charles attended The Graduate School of Banking - LSU, focusing on banking.
