In January 2010, Tomasz founded Linkleaders, an award-winning PR agency specializing in B2B communication and branding across various industries. Advisory roles have been held with the Polish Chamber of Real Estate and the Proptech Foundation, where Tomasz contributed to industry initiatives and digital transformation efforts. Previous experience includes serving as Deputy Managing Director at Cohn & Wolfe and advising ABSL Poland on strategic initiatives.
