Janet Esquillo

Janet Esquillo has over two decades of experience in the field of accounting and property management. JANET began their career in 1998 as a Property Accountant at Maxxam Enterprises, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, they moved on to IDS Real Estate Group, Arden Realty, Inc., and Primestor Development, holding the position of Senior Property Accountant at each company for various durations. In 2008, they were promoted to the role of Senior Property Accountant at Primestor Development. In 2011, they joined Hudson Pacific Properties as an Assistant Controller and worked there until 2015. In November 2015, they became the Director of Accounting at Primestor Development, a position they currently hold.

Janet Esquillo obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Saint Paul University. JANET attended the university from 1987 to 1991.
