Patrick Henz

Patrick Henz is currently the Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance at Primetals Technologies USA, where they drive a holistic GRC system focused on integrity, sustainability, and community engagement. They initiated their career in 2007 by implementing the Siemens Anti-Corruption program across Mexico and Central America, later serving as Compliance Officer for Siemens Industry Inc. and Regional Compliance Officer Americas at Primetals Technologies. Patrick has co-chaired significant conferences, co-founded the Ethics & Compliance Forum Mexico, and authored works on business ethics and compliance. They are actively involved in various advisory roles and editorial positions, contributing to fields intersecting ethics, AI, and compliance while pursuing an M.B.A. in Marketing Distribution and Economic Psychology at Universitaet zu Koeln.
