Stephanie Randall

Stephanie Randall is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business, marketing, and film production. Currently serving as an MBA Associate at Primetime Partners since November 2024, Stephanie previously worked as a Summer Associate at Bain & Company and held various roles at Rendever, culminating in the position of Director of Programs. Stephanie has experience as an Adjudicator for Guinness World Records and served as a Creative Consultant & Product Designer at Ecco Creative, where the focus was on designing websites for female entrepreneurs. As an Independent Filmmaker, Stephanie managed the production of the award-winning feature film "To the Moon" and led numerous projects from concept to completion. Additional experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at Focus Features and roles as a Healthcare Fellow at Ketchum and Translator at Cineteca di Bologna. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Brown University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Columbia Business School.
