Uroš Kovačević

Uro L. is a Research Data Engineer at Citadel Securities, specializing in Alternative Data Alpha since July 2022. Previously, Uro served as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the University of Maryland, focusing on Revenue-Maximizing Auctions with Differentiable Matching, which was accepted at AISTATS 2022. Uro held leadership roles, including Co-President of the Smith Investment Fund, where systematic strategy research was conducted. Uro gained practical experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Facebook, working on projects related to Question Answering and Civic Integrity, and also completed a Quantitative Research Internship at Millennium Management LLC with a focus on systematic VIX and options strategy research. Uro L. earned a degree from the University of Maryland and attended Montgomery Blair High School's Math, Science, and Computer Science Magnet program.
