Tricia Taper currently serves as the Manager of Learning and Organizational Development at San Jacinto College since July 2022. Previously, Tricia held the position of Organization Development Supervisor at PrimeWay Federal Credit Union since February 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing the learning and development of 122 staff members, managing onboarding processes, and designing technology-based training programs that significantly improved employee retention and job quality. Tricia's experience also includes roles as a Professional Development and Training Specialist at Bank of NY Mellon, where learning solutions were developed based on adult learning principles, and as a Senior Training Specialist at Invesco US. Tricia Taper holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman's University and a degree in Business Administration from Houston Christian University.
