John Stock

John Stock is the current Vice President of Global Ops & Supply Chain at Primex Family of Companies. John has also served as an Advisory Board Member for the University of Richmond School of Professional & Continuing Studies. In this role, they advise the Customer Experience Program.

Previously, John worked for Primex Family of Companies for 3 years and 6 months, where they held various positions such as Senior Vice President Global Operations & General Manager, Vice President Global Operations & Supply Chain, and Sr. Director Operations & Supply Chain. During their time with Primex, John was responsible for global operational functions across multiple brands and had full P & L responsibilities for the Chaney and Klockit brands. John was able to improve the fill rate from 91% to 98% over a 6 month period while reducing on hand inventory and improving inventory turns. Additionally, they were able to reduce inbound and outbound transportation expenses by $420K annualized.

Before Primex, John worked as the Director of Global Logistics & Distribution for Piedmont Hardware Brands for 3 years and 6 months. John then became the Chief Operating Officer for Ross Medical Supply, a role they held for 4 years and 6 months. After Ross Medical Supply, John became a Consultant and then Interim Chief Operations Officer for International Furniture Industries Inc, roles they held for 3 years 9 months and 5 months respectively.

Most recently, John was a Management Consultant Distribution, Logistics & Supply Chain for Teknion Corporation for 5 months before becoming the VP Global Logistics, Distribution & Supply Chain at The HON Company, a position they have held for 5 years and 8 months.

John Stock has a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management from Central Washington University and an MBA in Business Administration from City University. John also has a high school diploma from Lansing Catholic Central.
