Pat Nielsen

VP, National Accounts at Primex Family of Companies

Pat Nielsen is the Vice President of National Accounts for the Primex Family of Companies. Pat is responsible for the management and growth of the consumer retail business, which represents 60% of Primex's sales volume. Pat also manages 3 direct reports and outside rep agencies. Her direct account responsibility includes Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Costco, Sam's Club, and AcuRite.com. In their role, they have received $875,000 in 4th quarter promotion at Lowe's and secured a 2-year program commitment from Home Depot.

Prior to their current role, Pat was the National Sales Manager for Boelter Brands, a leading licensed sports drinkware supplier. In this role, they managed and developed the Walmart account strategy, which represented 28% of Boelter's overall company volume. Pat also developed and implemented strategies for Walmart.com and global growth, including expansion into Canada and Puerto Rico. Additionally, they were responsible for the Club Channel development with Sam's Club & Costco. During their time at Boelter Brands, they gained new business with Menards, receiving an initial order of $185K.

Before Boelter Brands, Pat was the Global Sales & Marketing Manager for Consumer products at Glue Dots International. Pat then became the National Sales Manager at Generac Power Systems before taking on the role of Manager of Trade Marketing & Customer Service at Lamplight Farms.

Pat has over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing management roles. Pat has a proven track record of success in developing strategies and growing businesses.

Pat Nielsen holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree from Cardinal Stritch University, which they graduated from Cum Laude in 1999. Pat also has a Human Resource Management Certificate from the same school, which they received in September of 1999. In addition, Pat Nielsen has a Sales & Sales Management Certificate from Mukwonago High School, which they received in June of 1996. Pat is also currently enrolled in a 18 month course cycle Principles of Leadership training with MRA.
