Tom Hilquist

Tom Hilquist is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems and software engineering, currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at Primex Family of Companies since January 2016. Tom has been with Primex Wireless as an Engineer since February 2011, and previously held the position of Senior Staff Engineer at MOTOROLA MOBILITY from January 2003 to October 2010, where responsibilities included conformance testing, field testing, and feature development. Tom also worked as a Senior Staff Engineer and Test Engineer at Motorola Mobile Devices from January 1996 to January 2003, focusing on GSM phone testing and factory test implementation. Earlier career experience includes an Electrical Engineer role at System Sensor and an internship at Advance Transformer. Tom holds a BSEE in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with completion in 1993.
