Matthew Miller

Matthew Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as Technical Manager at Primient since August 2020, Matthew leads a team of over eight engineers in the sweetener and fiber business units, focusing on capital plan development and execution. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions at Tate & Lyle, including Global Operations Support Team Manager and Syrup Refinery Process Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed operational troubleshooting, training development, and capital project execution up to $15 million. Earlier experience includes serving as Children's Event Coordinator at Silver Bay YMCA and Line Organizer and Packager at American Blending and Filling. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
