Gert Buys

Gert Buys is an experienced professional with a robust background in technology and management. Currently serving as the interim Head of Production at Primion Technology GmbH, Gert leads a team of 20 staff, implements strategic processes, and ensures quality compliance. With a long tenure at primion Benelux since 1994, Gert has held several key positions including Engineering and Field Service Manager, Software Quality Assurance Manager, and Technical Product Manager, demonstrating skills in team management, process improvement, and software development. Gert also has a history of programming in C and C++, along with substantial experience in project management and business analysis. Additionally, Gert contributed strategically as a board member for AGB Beerse during a public infrastructure renewal project. Academic qualifications include a Master in Computer Science from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen.
