Ben Broughton

Ben Broughton is an experienced professional in the recruitment and talent solutions industry, currently serving as the Founder and Owner of Primis since September 2021, focusing on talent solutions for the technology sector in the UK and US with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Additionally, Ben co-founded Capture Outsourcing in July 2022, providing outsourced recruitment services from South Africa to the UK and US markets, and POBL in January 2023, which specializes in delivering remote technical talent from Latin America to US businesses. Ben has held prominent roles in the industry, including Chair of the IT Sector Forum at the Association of Professional Staffing Companies since January 2011, Managing Director and Co-Owner of Premier Group Recruitment from July 2006 to February 2021, and Regional Manager at SThree from 2000 to 2006. Education includes attendance at the University of Birmingham and Sale Grammar School.
