Jane Praeger

Jane Praeger is an accomplished communications expert and educator with extensive experience in strategic storytelling and media training. Currently serving as a guest lecturer in the Executive Education program at Columbia University's Business School since September 2016, Praeger was a founding faculty member for the Strategic Communications Master's of Science Programs at the institution from 2002 to 2016. As the owner and founder of Ovid Inc. since January 1993, Praeger leads workshops and provides coaching for executives and organizations on effective communication strategies. Previous roles include consultant for Pro-Media, Director of Communications for Safe Horizons, and radio script writer for Fortune Magazine. Praeger holds a BA in English from the University of Michigan, obtained in 1976.
