Alicia Lowrance

Alicia Lowrance is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and process management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Primo Brands since November 2020, Alicia has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Continuous Improvement and Continuous Improvement Senior Manager. Prior to this, experience at Deloitte included positions as Senior Consultant and Consultant from October 2017 to November 2020. Alicia also worked at McKinsey Capability Center as a Senior Operator and briefly served as an Engineering and Capital Projects Consultant at Deloitte. Earlier experience includes a role as Equipment Design and Lift Engineer at Gulf Marine Fabricators. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned between 2013 and 2017.
