Diane Pitts has extensive experience in taxation and financial management, currently serving as Director of Taxation at Primo Water North America and Primo Water Corporation since August 2008. Prior to this role, Diane held the position of VP of Finance at PF Plumbing Contractors, Inc. from 1998 to 2008 and was an Assistant Controller at Platinum Properties and Blue Rhino Corp from 1989 to 1998. Diane's career began as a public accountant and auditor at Bruce Hall and Company from 1986 to 1989. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from High Point University and an Associate of Science in Accounting from Forsyth Technical Community College.
