Paul Ganz

Paul Ganz currently serves as the Vice President of Security and Asset Protection at Primo Brands, a role that involves developing and directing comprehensive security strategies across multiple facilities. Prior to this, Paul was a Board Member for the International Supply Chain Protection Organization, contributing to security initiatives within the global supply chain. Paul’s extensive experience at The Home Depot encompasses various senior leadership roles, including Senior Director of Supply Chain Asset Protection, where responsibilities included safeguarding product flow and enhancing operational efficiency in the supply chain. Additional roles included District Manager and Store Manager, focusing on customer service, sales growth, and team development. Earlier career experiences include positions in loss prevention management at major retail organizations such as Anchor Blue Retail Group, Old Navy, and Target, as well as law enforcement roles in two municipalities. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Madison University.
