Shawn Robertson

Shawn Robertson is an experienced professional in asset reliability management, with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the National Reliability Director at Primo Brands since November 2024, Shawn previously held positions at BlueTriton Brands, where responsibilities included overseeing asset reliability across 20+ factories and leading the PM Pillar for the National Manufacturing Excellence Team. At Founders Brewing Co., Shawn worked as the Maintenance Manager for a brief period and spent 14 years at Nestlé Waters, progressing through roles such as National Reliability Manager and National Blow Mold Improvement Manager, managing significant aspects of Injection and Blow Molding operations. Shawn's academic background includes a maintenance certificate obtained during service in the US Army from 1992 to 1996.
