Nasir Javaid

Nasir Javid is an experienced technology professional specializing in server operations and VoIP systems. Currently serving as the Head of Server Operations at Primo Dialler since May 2017, Nasir manages a vast network of over 350 Vicidial, CentOS, and Ubuntu servers, focusing on enhancing agent efficiency and customer experience. Previously, Nasir held significant roles at Spectracom Netherlands as a Senior Asterisk Engineer and at Axvoice Inc. as an Asterisk VoIP Engineer, where responsibilities included server preparation, configuration, and VoIP system implementation. Nasir's career began in software development with roles at ITEL Services Private Limited and Brand Promotion Services, further enriched by a foundational experience at Hermes Online. Nasir holds a BCS degree in Software Engineering from Allama Iqbal Open University.
