Richard Rodgers

Richard Rodgers has extensive work experience in the medical device industry. Richard started their career as an R&D/Technical Service Manager at MacDermid/Polyfibron Technologies in 1997 and then moved on to become a Mechanical Design Manager/Project Lead at Abiomed in 2001. In 2003, they established Richard Rodgers Consulting, where they worked as a Principal Consultant until 2005. Richard then joined Medica Corporation as the VP of Product Development from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they worked at Instrumentation Laboratory as a Project Manager from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, they were an Engineering and Systems Engineering Consultant at IQuum before starting their own consulting firm, Richard Rodgers Consulting, in the same year. From 2011 to the present, they have been involved in various roles at Primo Medical Group, including Senior Project Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, and currently serves as the VP of Engineering R&D.

Richard Rodgers has a diverse education history. In 1977, they began their studies at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering. Richard successfully completed their degrees in 1983. Following this, in 1996, Richard enrolled at the MIT Sloan School of Management, where they obtained a Certificate in Business Management. Later, in 2008, they attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute once again, this time earning a Certificate in Project Management.
