The leadership team at Primo Ventures has a wide range of experience in different industries and fields of study. They have worked as business analysts, consultants, and founders at various companies. They have also been involved with the VC3 DAO, the Italian Tech Alliance, and Algorand Europe Accelerator. Furthermore, they have experience as non-executive directors and mentors at different organizations. Finally, they have degrees from Universita Carlo Cattaneo, Università degli Studi di Firenze, Università degli Studi di Torino, and Università Bocconi.
