Eric Austermann is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Currently serving as Vice President of ESG at Primo Water Corporation since May 2022, Eric focuses on sustainable hydration solutions across a 22-country footprint. In addition to this role, Eric advises Heartland Industries, a material innovation company specializing in sustainable hemp fiber additives for plastics. Prior to these positions, Eric spent over 26 years at Jabil, where roles ranged from Vice President of Sustainability, EHS, ESG, and CSR to Business Unit Manager. Eric holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan-Flint and a BS in Business Administration from Oakland University, along with advanced training in sustainability and organizational leadership from Harvard Business School.
