Ryan Sinclair

Ryan Sinclair has extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles. Ryan is currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing at Primo Water Corporation, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Service Minds from 2022 to 2023. Before that, they held the position of Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Marketing at Your CBD Store from 2021 to 2022. Ryan'sresponsibilities included implementing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and developing effective marketing strategies.

Ryan also has a long history with Bloomin' Brands, Inc., where they held various Vice President positions. Ryan played a crucial role in developing and launching new brand concepts, driving customer loyalty marketing efforts, and leading the gift card business. Ryan also developed the Aussie Grill by Outback brand and opened multiple units. Additionally, they built an in-house creative agency, improving brand engagement and saving costs.

Earlier in their career, Ryan held marketing roles at Outback Steakhouse, Dunkin' Brands, Pearle Vision, and ADVO Inc. Ryan has demonstrated expertise in field marketing, national marketing, and sales representation.

Ryan Sinclair obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from The University of Toledo, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In 2018, they also obtained a Digital Marketing Certification from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
