Julie Sherman

Julie Sherman has worked in the legal and printing industries since 1990. Julie began their career as a Legal Secretary/Receptionist/Paralegal at Patton & Heidelman, Attorneys at Law in 1990. Julie then moved on to Heidelman & Lutes, Attorneys at Law as a Legal Secretary/Receptionist/Paralegal in 1992. In 1997, they became a Legal Secretary/Receptionist at Benton, Benton & Luedeke, Attorneys at Law. In 1998, they were a Typesetter at BCT. In 2004, they became a Production/Customer Service Manager at Minuteman Press. In 2016, they were a Processor/Customer Service Representative at Printsocial. Julie then joined Primo Print in 2018 as a Processing Manager. In 2011, they began working at Primoprint as a Processing Manager, Lead Processor, and Customer Service Representative. Her current role at Primoprint includes processing orders and customer service, checking client's submitted files, typesetting, file corrections, assisting with quality assurance, and reviewing client files.

Julie Sherman obtained their High School Diploma in Business from St. Henry High School between 1982 and 1986. Julie also obtained a Basic Customer Service Quiz certification from LiveChat in July 2017.
