Alvin Littleton

Alvin Littleton has over 30 years of experience in project controls and management. Alvin started their career at S&B Engineers and Constructors in 1987 as a Cost Analyst and Scheduler, eventually becoming the Project Controls Manager and later the Cost and Scheduling Manager. In 2011, they joined S&B Engineers and Constructors as the Director of Project Controls. Alvin then worked at Jacobs as the Business Manager and Department Head of Houston Operations from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Project Services at Primoris Services Corporation, where they have been since 2016. In this role, they are responsible for all project planning, scheduling, estimating, cost control services, and provides functional leadership to all Project Control Directors, Managers, and Supervisors.

Alvin Littleton attended Brazosport College from 1986 to 1988, where they earned an Associate's degree in accounting. Following that, from 1988 to 1989, they attended the University of Houston to study Accounting and Finance, but did not attain a degree.
